This Sunday, the last day of Brazil Game Show 2023, the final of the BGS Sports championship took place where Fúria became champion of the event.
Then, in an undefeated fashion, the team of Fallen, Kscerato, Yuurih, Art and Chelo confirmed their favoritism by beating the W7M Sports team by 2 maps to 0.
However, what was heading towards a peaceful final, almost got complicated for Furia's side. In the second map, the W7M team achieved a 13×8, taking the game to overtime.
However, the W7M team was unable to hold back the momentum and favoritism and led by Yuurih, who scored a total of 40/28, closed the game 2-0.
First smooth map for Furia
Furia certainly had no problems on the first map. Mirage was chosen by W7M. However, they didn't count on the expected afternoon from Yuurih, where after an 11-4 in the first half, he saw the boy shine in the second half and close the map at 16-4.
Tight second map
Therefore, on the second map, Overpass, the match was tighter. After closing the first half of the game 8-7, Fúria started the second half of the map by opening up an advantage, however, W7M managed to impose its TR pace and managed to take the match to Overtime.
However, in Overtime, the Furia team managed to find their way and close the game 19-17. Driving the entire crowd at the venue crazy.
BGS Sports Awards
With the BGS Sports 2023 title, Furia took home R$20 thousand, however, W7M took half the prize, R$10 thousand.
However, Furia still received the MVP title with Kscerato who alone took home R$5 thousand.
